When do admission tickets expire? +

Admission tickets are valid for any day, even if they fall outside the 30-day window shown on your confirmation email, unless otherwise stated in specific promotions.

Do you honor Groupon vouchers? +

Yes! We honor all valid, unredeemed Groupon vouchers. Just bring your Groupon voucher with the redemption code clearly visible, and our team will be happy to accept it — even if it’s an older Groupon deal or still showing as “unredeemed” in your Groupon account.

General Directions: Located directly under the food court. The best entrances are Dicks Sporting Goods or the food court entrance.

What should I expect for the snorkeling experience? +

Whatever the temperature may be outside, getting into tropical waters to snorkel with stingrays, sharks, and fish is an amazing experience that you will always remember! Our tanks usually run around 70 to 76 degrees. Be prepared to get wet, and if you are lucky, you might even get some stingray kisses or get your toes explored by the guitarfish!

What to bring:

A swimsuit, towel, and an extra shirt just in case a wetsuit in your size isn’t available.
Guests must be able to swim 100 yards. Guests who are unable to swim are allowed to snorkel with a supervising adult and must bring a life jacket.

What's included:

A wetsuit and snorkeling gear.
20 minutes of snorkel adventure time.
15 minutes pre/post snorkel to change.
